Payroll Manager

Shaneekwa Ware is the payroll manager for the CA and NJ offices and brings 10 years of payroll services experience in the PEO industry. She has been with Afinida, Inc., since startup and is now processing up to $200 million in annual payroll. Shaneekwa is a member of the American Payroll Association has knowledge and experience in payroll, Timeclock Configuration, Workers Compensation, and Taxes. She has spent the majority of her professional career in customer service and thrives on making sure all clients receive exceptional service.

Client Services Manager

Kammi Langdon is the Client Service Manager in our California office. Kammi has been in the PEO and payroll industry for 5 years. She leads the Client Services Team in Implementation and Onboarding new clients to Afinida Payroll and Services. The Client Services Team is responsible for maintaining great communication and customer relationships with all Afinida clients. In addition to her vast payroll experience, Kammi also brings the experience and knowledge in human resources, taxes, workers compensation, and benefits.

Payroll Technician

Roxanne Camarena is a payroll tech for Afinida who works in our CA office, and is an integral part of our West Coast team. Roxanne not only has deep experience in payroll, but she also has experience working with our Workers Comp and Insurance benefits team.

Operations Support Specialist

Kirsteen Quade bring years of payroll and HR experience into her role as our Operations Support Specialist in our California office. Kirsteen works with the Client Service team to ensure all needs for new and existing clients are met and addressed in a timely manner. She has 10 years of payroll experience and exceptional customer service skills from her previous roles in Real Estate, Mortgage, and the International Tour Industry.

HRIS/HCM Implementation and Support Specialist

Hope Tei supports clients with PRISM Implementation and portal build-out support. Bringing her years of experience as a Payroll Technician with the Afinida team, she assists clients utilizing her vast knowledge about our Payroll Time Clock System and Time and Labor. Hope uses her positive attitude and team player mindset to provide excellent client service on a daily basis.

Tania was recently promoted from Admin Assistant to Payroll Technician. She was recognized for her hard work and dedication and she looks forward to serving our clients with outstanding levels of service every day.

In her role as Payroll Assistant, Tiara ensures the timely delivery of all paychecks, verification of employment, and fulfillment of garnishment payments. She takes pride in using her payroll and administrative experience to provide reliable support to her team.

Sarah Meyers is the Payroll Administrative Assistant in the California office, bringing over eight years of customer service experience to her role. She is responsible for the timely delivery of employee paychecks, the coordination of garnishment payments, and providing essential administrative support to the payroll technicians. Sarah is dedicated to keeping payroll processes running smoothly and supporting both her team and the people they serve.

Cameron Sitorius works as a Payroll Administrator at Afinida, supporting both payroll operations and broader administrative functions across the organization. With a background in administrative support and payroll operations, Cameron is responsible for processing payroll, coordinating time-sensitive transactions, and supporting daily operational needs across departments. He is known for coordinating across teams and handling high-priority tasks with reliability and precision. Cameron is also a commissioned Notary Public in the state of California. Outside of work, he is an active artist whose work has been shown at local events and exhibitions, where he continues to build a following and refine his craft.
